RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We design every piece with intention.
So we ask that returns and exchanges are treated with the same care.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.
The product must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unworn

  • With all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

RETURNS (REFUNDS)

Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery, under the same conditions above.

Once the returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed through Instapay or similar platforms.

SHIPPING & FEES

  • Return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer

  • If the item has a manufacturing defect or error on our end, we’ll handle everything, no questions asked.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items are not eligible

  • Items returned without tags or in non-original condition will be sent back
